During this time, we carefully pack your products, verify payment, and prepare the shipment for dispatch.

Delivery Time

After your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes approximately 7 days, depending on your location and local courier services.

We work with trusted shipping partners to provide reliable and secure delivery both within the United States and internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.

To request a return:

2. Return the product in unused condition and, if possible, in its original packaging to the return address provided by our support team.

3. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
